A student at Indio High School has been diagnosed with active tuberculosis and Riverside County health officials are working with school representatives to identify students and staff who might have been exposed to the illness.
Riverside County health officials tested 1,394 students and faculty at Indio High School for tuberculosis Friday, remaining confident that the likelihood of the illness spreading is still low.
