Approximately 489,000 vote-by-mail ballots will be mailed to voters starting Monday, May 5, for the Consolidated Primary Election on June 3, 2014. Ballots should arrive in mailboxes by the end of the week. Completed ballots must be received by the Registrar of Voters’ office by 8 p.m. on June 3 to be counted in the election.
