Lilia Wilkerson graduated from UCLA and worked in the private sector in Los Angeles for several years. She received her J.D. from Western State University College of Law, Fullerton. Lilia Wilkerson joined the office of the Riverside County Counsel in 1994 and was assigned to the Juvenile Dependency section.

 

Before joining the office in 1994, Ms. Wilkerson worked for Orange County GSA Communications, Orange County Counsel’s Office and the law firm of Lynberg & Watkins.

 

Ms. Wilkerson is admitted to practice in all state courts. In addition, she is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central District of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
