Deputy County Counsel Lisa Traczyk is a litigator with 14 years experience in the California courts. At the Office of County Counsel for the County of Riverside, her practice focuses on enforcement of the County’s ordinances and general litigation. Her prior private practice included general litigation and insurance defense with seven years experience in construction defect litigation. Ms. Traczyk is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, and former member of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association.

 

Ms. Traczyk received her Juris Doctorate from the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, completing the evening program while working as a paralegal during the day in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Traczyk received her undergraduate degree in linguistics from the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Her honors included full tuition scholarship, the Lillian Gertrude Selz prize for the top first-year female student, and the Dean’s list.
