About the Learning Series

This page will help you increase your understanding and awareness around systemic inequity and how you can be a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in your community. In order to improve the quality of life for all who live, work, and enjoy life in Riverside County, we want to equip you with the knowledge and tools to be a model for others. We are constantly adding new content, so please visit this page weekly.

Our Stories: The Learning Series

When we listen with an open mind, we can learn more about what our colleagues, friends, neighbors and family go through. These are real stories, real voices of County of Riverside employees. They have shared their personal stories so that others can better understand the impact of discrimination, the power of resilience, and how we can all participate in building a work environment where everyone can grow and thrive and residents are better served.

A new video in this five-part video series will be released every two weeks.
